Crazy For Cupcakes

Hi Stamping Friends!
Well, I've been on a quest to make lots of birthday cards for Goodies Cookies (the cute, little bakery that sells my cards for me).  It's so much easier to come up with one design and make a few of the same card.  Some cards are definitely one-of-a-kind originals, like the ones I make for the ColourQ Challenge, or the Stampin' Celebration Challenge.  But if I can get on a roll, I can make 6 or 8 of the same card.  Saves me a ton of time!  And yes, I usually always make duplicates in even numbers, because one sheet of cardstock makes two cards.

The sketch I used for today comes from Create With Connie and Mary.  They do a different challenge each week, and this week it is a sketch.  This is challenge CCMC132.  I thought this would be the perfect sketch to make multiples of.  I used lots of retired stuff on these cards.  It feels good to use up some of my stash that has been sitting around.  In fact, all the DSP was in my scrap pile!

I used a Pretty In Pink base for all the cards.  These DSP's are some of my favorites.  And that was my very last piece of dotted Chocolate Satin ribbon!  That was really hard to part with.  I think it came from one of those Ribbon Original packs from a couple of years ago.  I loved the ribbons on those.  They were so unique.  I made the scallop square using the larger square on the Scallop Squares Duo die.  Then I ran it through my Big Shot a second time, to make it smaller.  I have enough supplies to make one more duplicate of each of these cards.  So that's 8 more cards for the bakery!  Woo!  Hoo!

Be sure to stop back by tomorrow when I will have a new card for the ColourQ challenge.  And then on Thursday, you are going to want to make sure to check out the Stampin' Celebration challenge where we have lots of fun surprises in store!

Thanks for stopping by!
Happy Stamping!
