Paper Pumpkin Love!!!

Hi Stamping Friends!!

I was so excited the other day when my son brought the mail to me and he was carrying a bright red box. Yay!! My first Paper Pumpkin kit had arrived!! What is Paper Pumpkin you ask? Well let me tell you!

Paper Pumpkin is a monthly craft kit from Stampin' Up!. Each kit contains everything you need: stamps, paper, ink, accessories - all cut and measured and ready to create a fabulous project. Plus there is no mess, no extras, and no craft-aftermath!! How fun is that?! And the very best part of all? It's only $19.95 per month! And that includes shipping!!!

When you sign up for your Paper Pumpkin subscription, your first kit will be the Hey There Try It Kit. This is the kit I received in the mail this past week. In the months following, you will get a crafty surprise in the mail each month!! Each monthly project kit will be unique and will not be available for purchase anywhere else. And did I mention it is only $19.95 per month?!

So here is my kit when I first opened the box:

I was one of the lucky ones, as I got the fancy red box. Some kits had already been packaged in a kraft box. Isn't it cute how it is packaged all fancy with tissue paper and the paper pumkin sticker?!

Here is what was under the paper:

And here are all the supplies:

The Try It kit comes with a Clear Block D so you can use it on all future projects. You also get one-of-a-kind stamps that cannot be purchased anywhere else. Plus a wonderful instruction pamphlet.

Here is the card I made as per the enclosed instructions:

Cute, fun, and simple! Stampin' Up! "stickers" are not your typical stickers. They are more like adhesive backed card stock. They are really nice and thick.

Here is another card I made using all the same enclosed supplies, I just changed up the layout a bit:

I love the "hey there" sentiment. It's very sassy and fun. It's also a great general sentiment that can be used for lots of various occasions. My next two cards are ones that I've added some "stuff". If you've been around my blog long enough, you know I have a terrible time leaving a card alone. I like to add lots and lots of accessories!! :)

Here I added a layer of Lucky Limeade card stock, plus a few splashes of Tempting Turquoise. I also made a little bow from the Lucky Limeade Baker's Twine and I punched out my sentiment with an oval punch. And I couldn't resist adding a butterfly. I am in love with the Bitty Butterfly Punch!!

This next card is stepped up another notch. Maybe a little too high.

Can you say "a little much"? Yep. I couldn't stop on this one. I just kept adding and adding. And this is where I finally quit. But can't you see how much fun Paper Pumpkin is? You can keep it as simple as you want or as busy and colorful as possible!!

So are you ready to join yet? If so, go to: https://mypaperpumpkin.com/en/ and sign up with me as your demostrator. If you live in the Tulare County area, we can have a monthly Paper Pumpkin Party and stamp together!! Won't that be fun?! And did I mention that it is only $19.95 a month?!

Here is how I chose to store my Paper Pumpkin stamps and instructions:

I had an extra stamp case, so I cut my instruction pamphlet to fit inside the cover. Next month I will just but the newest instructions on the top. All the stamps will go on the inside. It's like my very own Paper Pumpkin stamp set!

P.S. Today is the LAST day to place your Sale-A-Bration order and earn FREE stamps!!! Don't miss out on Stampin' Up's! biggest sale of the year!! Visit my website TODAY and place your orders!!

I also hope to be able to design cards for my April stamp club. And I was invited to a Pinterest Party that I really want to go to. So I should have a stampinly sweet week!! I'm sure I will pop in here from time to time to share with you what I'm up to. :)
