Stampin' Up! Snow Place - Hearth & Home

Hi Stampin' Friends!!

Today I have the third card from my Snow Friends Online Stamp Class. I love how each card is like a little mini Christmas scene.

Stamps: Snow Place, Woodgrain
Ink: Basic Black, Cherry Cobbler, Mossy Meadow
Marker: Pumpkin Pie
Paper: Mossy Meadow, Soft Suede, Merry Moments DP, Whisper White, Dazzling Diamonds Glitter Paper
Accessories: Snow Friends Framelits, Hearth & Home Framelits, Lots of Labels Framelits, Whisper White Satin Ribbon, White Perfect Accents, Nordic Designer Buttons (retired)

Kit Includes:

1 - Mossy Meadow card base
1 - Whisper White sheet for stamping
1 - Merry Moments Cherry Cobbler DSP
1 - Merry Moments Plaid DSP
1 - Soft Suede WIndow Frame
1 - Soft Suede "wood plank"
1 - Whisper White label
1 - Dazzling Diamond Glitter piece
1 - White Satin ribbon
2 - White Accents
1 - pack of Nordic Designer Buttons

Instructions:

Stamp the large and small snowmen using Basic Black ink onto Whisper White cardstock.
Color their carrot "noses" with the Pumpkin Pie marker.
Stamp the necktie with Mossy Meadow ink.
Cut out all stamped pieces with your Snow Friends Framelits.
Glue the Mossy Meadow necktie onto the large snowman.
Add the White Accents to the small snowman.
Stamp your sentiment onto the Whisper White label using Cherry Cobbler ink.
Attach the Cherry Cobbler DSP to the top of the Mossy Meadow card front.
Attach the Plaid DSP to the bottom of the Mossy Meadow card front.
Glue the Soft Suede "wood plank" where the two DSPs meet.
Attach the label sentiment to the bottom of the card front using Dimensionals.
Using the window frame as a guide for placement, glue the Dazzling Diamonds Glitter paper onto the card front.
Attach your snowmen to the Dazzling Diamonds Glitter using Dimensionals. You may need to trim the bottoms so they don't show beneath the window frame.
Attach the Soft Suede window frame. You will need to use Dimensionals on the top and sides of the frame and glue at the bottom where the snowmen are.
Attach the Nordic button with Glue Dots to your sentiment label.
Tie the White Satin ribbon to the top of the card.

And you are FINISHED!!!

I love this little scene. It's like you are sitting in your cozy, warm house. Looking out into the cold, glittery snow. Enjoying the adorable snowmen you just built with your kids. Maybe you are even sipping some hot cocoa with marshmallows. Isn't that a sweet holiday thought?!

Of course I'm a SoCal girl, so thought of being out in the freezing, cold snow is a little overwhelming to me. I like the idea of a white Christmas but not the reality of it. Of course I will never turn down a cup of hot cocoa with marshmallows. :)

Have you ever thought os joining one of my Online Stamp classes? You should!! I love giving my customers little surprises with their card kits. This month everyone received their own container of Nordic Designer buttons.
