Stampin' Up! Playful Pals Jungle Elephant

Hi Stamping Friends!!

Today I have my fourth and final card from my Playful Pals Online Card Class. It features a silly jungle elephant.

Stamps: Playful Pals, Perfect Pairings (SAB)
Ink: Basic Black
Paper: Mossy Meadow, Cajun Craze, Old Olive, Whisper White, Smoky Slate, Botanical Gardens DSP
Accessories: Pyramid Pals Thinlits, Botanical Builders Framelits (leaves), Hello Honey Ribbon (retired)

I just love how my backyard bushes actually look like the jungle pattern of the Botanical Gardens DSP!!

Kit Includes:

1 - Mossy Meadow card base
1 - Botanical Garden DSP card front
1 - Cajun Craze rectangle
1 - Whisper White rectangle
1 - Smoky Slate sheet for stamping
1 - Whisper White small piece for stamping
2 - Mossy Meadow leaves
2 - Old Olive leaves
1 - Roll of Hello Honey ribbon... My gift to you!!!

These are the stamps I used to create the elephant:

Instructions:

Attach Botanical Gardens DSP to the Mossy Meadow card base.
Stamp any sentiment onto the larger Whisper White rectangle using Basic Black ink. Stamp near the bottom.
Attach the Whisper White rectangle onto the Cajun Craze rectangle.
Attach both pieces to the center of the card front.
Stamp the elephant shapes onto the Smoky Slate sheet. Keep in mind that there is only one "ear" Framelit. You will either have to cut out a blank ear and then stamp on it. Or stamp an ear and cut it out by hand for the ear that does not match the Framelit.

Make sense?
After stamping the pieces, cut them out using the Pyramid Pals Thinlits.
Stamp the eyes onto the smaller Whisper White rectangle and use the small circle that comes with the Pyramid Pals Thinlits to cut out. I tried using a circle punch, but it was not small enough and the elephant looked kind of goofy.
Assemble your elephant. I used Dimensionals to attach the eyes.
Attach your elephant to the card front using Dimensionals.
Attach the leaves to the card front using Liquid Glue or Glue Dots. Make sure you tuck them under the elephant's chin.
Tie the Hello Honey around the top.

Now you are all done and you have four cute cards to give to some of your favorite peeps!! I just love how fun and versatile this set is. It would be a lot of fun to use with a group of kids.
