Best thing about working at a school is you get a whole week off for Thanksgiving!!
And even though I have a bajillion things I should be doing, I decided that I was going to spend one day this week stamping.
SO. MUCH. FUN!!!!
Stamps: Suite Seasons, Cookie-Cutter Halloween, Hardwood
Ink: Early Espresso, Cajun Craze
Markers: Pumpkin Pie, Crumb Cake, Cajun Craze
Paper: Early Espresso, Crumb Cake, Cajun Craze, Very Vanilla, retired DSP
Accessories: Stitched Shapes Framelits. Layering Oval Framelits, Woodland EF, Cookie Cutter Builder Punch, Burlap Ribbon, retired Espresso ribbon
I like the "In Everything Give Thanks" stamp, but there is an image on it that I didn't want to include on my card. So here is what I did:
First: I covered the part I didn't want with a piece of clear tape.
Second: I inked my stamp.
Third: I removed the piece of tape.
Finally: I stamped my image.
Super easy!! Just make sure your stamp is completely clean before you try this. Otherwise the part you don't want stamped may have residual ink on it from a previous use. Then you might end up with some "ghost" stamping.
The Cookie-Cutter stamp sets coordinate so well with the Suite Seasons stamp set that I decided to make a few more cards using these sets together. Make sure and stop back by this week to see all the fun I had today!!
The Suite Seasons stamp set is on sale right now...
And for this week only Stampin' Up! is having an Online Extravaganza with up to 40% off of fabulous Stampin' Up! products!!!
So be sure to stop by my Stampin' Up! website and place your order TODAY!!
Our neighbors invited over for Thanksgiving this year. I think I will bring this card along as a thank you.
Enjoy your family and friends this Thanksgiving and remember to count your blessings!!
Happy Stamping!
Krystal
