Stampin' Up! Feel Goods Friend

Hi Stamping Friends!!

I'm so excited this week to share the cards I created for my Greeting Card Fundraiser. I created a set of five cards using all the sentiments from the Feel Goods stamp set. I LOVE how they all turned out.

Here is the first card:

Stamps: Feel Goods, Papillon Potpourri
Ink: Soft Suede, Soft Sky
Paper: Very Vanilla, Soft Suede, Some old DSP that I don't remember the name of but I think it was an SAB freebie.
Accessories: Labels Framelits, Banner Triple Punch, Bitty Butterfly Punch, Poppy Parade Ribbon (retired), Pearl Jewels

I love being able to use up my retired products for projects like these. I loved this DSP when it was available. Seems silly not to use it. It's not bringing a smile to anyone's face by sitting on a shelf. :)

Today is an exciting to for two more reasons...

The first is today is the LAST DAY to join my October Online Stamp Class!!!!

Here are the details:

I am offering an online class featuring the Vintage Leaves stamp set and Coordinating Leaflets Framelits. They are offered as a bundle on page 88 of the regular catalog.

It so simple to join my Online Stamp Classes...

First: Purchase the Vintage Leaves Bundle #140235 for $43.25 from my Stampin' Up! website using Hostess Code: BPUD7TT4 by October 19.

Second: Wait for me to send you a FREE card kit with 4 unique cards featuring these fabulous products.

How easy is that?! That's all you need to do. You purchase the bundle from my website using the Hostess Code: BPUD7TT4 and I will send you a FREE card kit after the October 19th cut-off date.

I'll say it one more time... DO NOT FORGET TO USE THE HOSTESS CODE. :)

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.

And the second reason today is so exciting is because Stampin' Up! is having a sale!!!

Get 15% off of ALL stamp sets!!! It does not include bundles since those are already discounted, but you could get the Feel Goods set for only $16.15. And it does include all stamp sets in the Holiday catalog as well. How great is that?!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Hope to see you every day this week!!

Stampin' Up! Build a Birthday Greeting Card Fundraiser

Hey Stampin' Friends!!

I have two final cards to share from my Junior Olympics Greeting Card Fundraiser...

Stamps: Build a Birthday
Paper: Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo, Whisper White
Accessories: Itty Bitty Flower Punch, Pearl Jewels, Retired SAB Ribbon

Stamps: Amazing Birthday
Paper: Pacific Point, Old Olive, Crushed Curry
Accessories: Chevron EF, Banner Triple Punch, Retired DSP, Retired Ribbon

All of my friends and family that bought card packs from me loved them. So glad they did. It's so hard to come up with "general" style cards. It's sometimes easier to make cards for certain individuals because you know their likes and dislikes.

In other news...

THIS came today!!!

WHOOP!! WHOOP!! My Holiday pre-order came today!!! Along with all the stamp sets and accessories I will be using in my upcoming online classes.

September - Howl-o-ween Treat and matching Framelits (pg. 49)
October - Vintage Leaves and matching Framelits (pg. 88 in regular catty)
November - Snow Place and matching Framelits (pg. 33)
December - Reason for the Season and matching punch (pg. 31)

And don't forget this month's class...

Joining my Online Stamp Class is easy. Just purchase the Watercolor Wings stamp set (page 75) from my online Stampin' Up! website using Hostess Code: 2H3UHJ32 by Sunday, August 23 and I will send you FOUR FREE card kits using these fabulous products.

Right now I'm a little behind. I'm still working on my July kits. SO SORRY!!! I have to design only one more card and then I will get them mailed out. I'm hoping for tomorrow. Then I will post the instructions on the blog by the end of the week. Thanks so much for your patience. It's been a crazy few months. Yesterday was the first Sunday I spent at church that wasn't for a wedding or funeral. And amazingly I wasn't at a pool!!

Thanks so much for stopping by!!

My Fall Online Stampin' Up! Classes (maybe) ;)

Hi Stampin' Friends!!

Well... I'm finally home. It's been a whirlwind of a summer. I've been to 4 states, 3 funerals, 2 weddings, 1 class reunion, the Junior Olympics, and over 40 water polo games. It was fun while it lasted but it's good to be home. Now if I could just find my stampin' mojo!!!

I have, however, had a chance to pre-order amazingly fabulous products from the upcoming Holiday Catalog. SWOON!!! Absolutely LOVE this catalog!! It was so hard to decide which stamps sets to use for my online classes because I {heart} them ALL!!

Here is my tentative list of what classes I will be offering. I say tentative because there are so many sets I love, I may change my mind or add more. I haven't decided. ;)

SEPTEMBER - Holw-o-ween Treat Stamp Set and Boo to You Framelits Bundle

OCTOBER - Vintage Leaves Stamp Set and Leaflets Framelits Bundle (this is in the regular catalog, not the holiday mini catalog)

NOVEMBER - Snow Place Stamp Set and Snow Friends Framelits

DECEMBER - Reason for the Season Stamp Set and Festive Flower Builder Punch

I'm considering doing a Tulare County class using the Happy Scenes Stamp Set and Hearth & Home Thinlits. But I haven't figured out a date yet.

I also hope to do a North SD County class at my home featuring Christmas cards.

Of course don't forget my current online class featuring Watercolor Wings:

Whew!! That's a lot of info!!! Now time for a card. This is a card I created for the Junior Olympic Greeting Card Fundraiser I hosted for my daughter. I have two more cards to share. Hopefully I'll get back on the blogging wagon. Maybe when I find my stampin mojo I'll also find my bloggin mojo. ;)

Stamps: Lovely As A Tree, Teeny Tiny Wishes
Paper: Very Vanilla, River Rock (retired), Chocolate Chip
Accessories: Arrows EF, Deco Label Framelits, Washi Label Punch, Brads (retired), Grosgrain Ribbon (retired)

I've been a demo since 2006 and Lovely As A Tree as been in the catalog as long as I can remember. I'm sure it is the oldest stamp set still being sold. But it is such a classic I know why Stampin' Up! keeps it.

For this card I colored the trunk using markers and sponged the leaves and grass with daubers. Soooooo easy to do, but looks amazing.

Well that wasn't too hard! Hopefully I'll get back on a regular blogging schedule. Wait. When have I EVER been on a regular blogging schedule?! ;)

Stampin' Up! Calling All Guy Greetings JO Fundraiser Cards

Hi Stamping Friends!

I still have time before I leave for the USA Water Polo Junior Olympics with my daughter, so I thought I would share a few more cards from our Greeting Card Fundraiser.

These are the "boy" cards that were part of the bundle...

Stamps: Calling All Heroes
Paper: Midnight Muse, Whisper White, Tangerine Tango, Retired DSP
Accessories: Circle Punches, Brads (retired)

Stamps: Guy Greetings
Paper: River Rock (retired), Retired DSP
Accessories: Circle Punch, Tag Topper Punch, Jute (non-SU)

I usually lean more towards "girlie" cards, but since I was doing a card bundle, I wanted to make sure I included some "man" cards. I like how these turned out and I hope the folks that received them did to.

Only two more days and I will be driving my girl all over Orange County, CA watching her beast it up in the pool. Go Carlsbad!!

Thanks for stopping by!

Stampin' Up! Birthday Greeting Cards and Water Polo

Hi Stamping Friends!!

Well this month has been a crazy, busy month. I don't think I've put away my overnight bag for weeks. By the time I unpack it, it's time to pack again. And with gas prices at 4 bucks a gallon here in SoCal, I don't even want to imagine how many greenbacks I've burned in my tank!!

In between all the driving and overnight stays, I've been busily stamping for the Greeting Card Fundraiser I did for my daughter's USA Water Polo Junior Olympics which starts this Thursday.

I created 23 assorted bundles of 5 cards in each bundle. That's 115 cards baby!! (I still have to create 10 cards, but we are not going to think about that right now.) :)

I thought I would start sharing a few of the cards I created. I used up a lot of retired products which feels amazing. And makes room for new goodies!!!

Stamps: Big News
Paper: Coastal Cabana (retired), Whisper White, SAB DSP (retired)
Accessories: Candy Dots, Deco Label Framelits, Ruffled Ribbon (retired)

Stamps: Sprinkles of Life, Four You (retired)
Paper: Whisper White, Tip Top Taupe, Lovely Lilac (REALLY Retired!) Misc. Retired DSP
Accessories: 2 1/2" Circle Punch, Tree Builder Punch, Large Polka Dot EF, Pearl Jewels, Pretty in Pink Grosgrain Ribbon (retired)

It's kind of fun to mix the old with the new. But it's actually a little stressful designing the card bundles. You want to make sure it's a nice mix of male/female, young/old, cutesy/elegant. It's not easy!!

But I am so thankful for everyone who placed orders. I'm thinking of doing another card fundraiser soon to help fund our church planting ministry here in North County. It's nice to be able to help out my family while I do something that I love!!

Hopefully in between wash, paying bills, setting up baby sitting arrangements, packing (AGAIN!!), making phone calls, etc... I will be able to share more cards tomorrow.

Thanks for stopping by!!
